I did not receive my purchase, what do I do?

If you've made a purchase on the Orc's World Store and have not received your items, don't worry! We're here to help you get your items as quickly as possible.

 

If you have not received your items after completing your purchase, please follow these steps, please contact our support team. You can reach us through our support page or by sending an email to support@orcsworld.net. In your message, please be sure to include the following information:

  • Your order ID (this can be found in your order confirmation email).
  • The item(s) you purchased.
  • The username of your Minecraft account (if not already provided in the order details).

Once we receive your request, our support team will investigate the issue. We'll check the order status and ensure the items were properly delivered. If any issues are found, we’ll work to resolve them as quickly as possible. After the issue is resolved, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your item(s) will be delivered to your Minecraft account.

 

Please make sure to double-check your email inbox, including the spam/junk folder, for any messages from us about your purchase. If you’ve just recently made the purchase, please allow up to 24 hours for the system to process and deliver your items. Sometimes it may take a little while for the delivery to go through. Also, be sure that the correct Minecraft username is linked to your account to avoid issues with the delivery.

 

We cannot reissue items if the order was processed correctly and delivered to the correct username. Please verify your username carefully when completing your purchase to prevent issues. If you still haven’t received your items after following these steps, our support team will be happy to assist further!
