How to Appeal a Ban, Mute, or Punishment on the Orc’s World Minecraft Server

If you've been banned, muted, or otherwise punished on Orc’s World and believe the punishment was given in error, or if you'd like to provide additional context, you have the chance to submit an appeal. The appeal process allows you to present your side of the story, upload supporting evidence, and potentially have the punishment reviewed by our moderation team.

You can submit an appeal through one of the following methods:

Option 1: Discord Support Ticket

  1. Join our official Discord server. Click here to join.
  2. Navigate to the #contact-support channel.
  3. Create a support ticket under the Minecraft Server Appeals category.
  4. Fill out the required information and submit your appeal.

Option 2: Email Support

If you prefer email support, you can submit your appeal by emailing support@orcsworld.net with the subject line: Ban/Mute Appeal - [Your Username]. Include the following details in your email:

  • Minecraft Username: Ensure the spelling is correct.
  • Approximate Date and Time of Punishment: Provide as much detail as possible about when you were banned or muted.
  • Reason for Punishment: If you know the reason for your punishment, mention it. If not, indicate that you’re seeking clarification.
  • Appeal Description: Describe why you believe the punishment should be reconsidered, lifted, or reduced. Be clear, honest, and respectful in your explanation.
  • Evidence (Optional): If you have any supporting evidence (such as screenshots, chat logs, or video recordings), provide links to them. We accept evidence from authorized hosting sites such as:
    • Imgur
    • YouTube
    • Gyazo
    • Vimeo
    • Twitch
    • Kick
    • Reddit

After submitting your appeal, the moderation team will review it. This process may take a few days, depending on the number of appeals being processed. Please be patient while we review your case. If we need more information, we will contact you via the support ticket system or email.

After reviewing your appeal, you will receive a response with one of the following outcomes:

  • Punishment Lifted: Your ban or mute is removed, and your account is restored.
  • Punishment Reduced: The punishment may be shortened or adjusted.
  • Punishment Upheld: If the appeal is denied, the punishment will remain in place.

Please respect the final decision of the appeals team and continue to adhere to server rules.

Important Notes & FAQs

Can I Appeal Multiple Times?

No, once your appeal has been reviewed and a decision has been made, you cannot submit further appeals for that specific punishment. Ensure your initial appeal is thorough and includes all necessary information.

What If I Wasn’t the One on My Account When It Was Punished?

Players are responsible for their own accounts. If someone else was using your account, you are still held accountable. We strongly recommend securing your account with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

What If I Purchased My Account from Someone Else?

Minecraft accounts should only be purchased from the official Minecraft website. If you’ve purchased an account from a third-party seller, it may have a history of breaking server rules. We may not lift bans on such accounts due to the risk of continued violations.

Can I Appeal a Ban from the Orc’s World Discord?

Discord bans are final. As stated in the Discord welcome channel, the Orc’s World team considers the Discord a privilege. If you are banned, there are no appeals. Additionally, the Orc’s World Server rules apply on Discord as well.
