Why was I punished?
If you received a punishment on the Orc's World Minecraft Server, it is likely due to a violation of our server rules. The length of your punishment depends on the severity of the violation and any previous infractions.
If you were banned from the server, the ban reason will be displayed when you attempt to log in. If you were muted, the reason will be displayed when attempting to send a chat message.
How to Appeal a Punishment
If you believe you have been falsely muted or banned, you can submit an appeal either on our Discord server or by emailing hello@orcsworld.net. Discord server-related punishments are final and cannot be appealed.
Please also note that in many cases, we cannot share internal proof with you due to privacy concerns or sensitive information.
If you are guilty, your appeal will be denied. It's recommended to appeal your punishment in a timely manner, as lengthy bans or mutes are less likely to be overturned.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I always receive the same response?
The team receives many appeals each day and cannot provide custom responses to each one. Regardless, each appeal is read over by a member of our Appeals Team and handled as deemed appropriate. The response you receive is based on the decision of the appeal and includes all necessary information.
Can I appeal multiple times?
No, once your first appeal has been submitted, no further appeals can be made for that specific mute or ban.
What if I wasn't the one on my account when it was punished?
You are responsible for managing your own accounts and personal information. This also means that you are fully responsible for any actions taken on your accounts in the event that they are compromised.
What if I purchased my account from someone else?
Minecraft accounts should only be purchased from the official Minecraft website. Our ban appeal policy still applies if you purchase an alternate account from a third-party seller/website. Because of their history with breaking our rules, these third-party accounts will not be unbanned due to the risk of them continuing their activities.
