All purchases made through the Orc's World Store are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: You purchased an item, but due to a technical issue, you did not receive or cannot use it, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Unredeemed Purchases: Your purchase was not successfully delivered because it was not redeemed.
If you experience either of these issues, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.
Except for the situations listed above, all purchases are non-refundable.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, your Orc's World account may be permanently banned from all Orc's World services. We encourage you to contact us first so we can work with you to resolve any problems with your purchase.
